The Fugger Clinic in Berlin is a care home for chronically ill, dependent individuals. The beautiful, restored historic building in the center of Berlin has four floors and an attic, not far from Wittenbergplatz.
The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished and offers a home for up to 108 dependent residents. Nearly 100 employees, including nurses, physical therapists, kitchen staff, therapists, and a general practitioner dedicated exclusively to the Fugger Clinic, provide intensive care for chronically ill individuals at all levels of care.
People with dementia and mental illnesses, as well as those with severe physical diseases such as strokes and coma patients, are comprehensively cared for in the Fugger Clinic.
Engaged care in the Fugger Clinic means taking a pioneering role in many areas. This is evident in the integrated medical care, which is not yet standard in most nursing homes. It also includes the activating care concept, where employees have access to excellent equipment in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
Comfortable communal rooms, a spacious garden, and care-appropriate single and double rooms provide space for privacy and social interaction. Cultural and leisure activities such as music afternoons and outings complement the exemplary concept of the Fugger Clinic.
